I am writing this to share with you the outstanding experience I had with Custom Granite and Fleet Imports, from the moment I began thinking about choosing granite to be my new countertop surface to the moment when the countertops were installed. Chris Moy's visit to my home was timely and informative, and my walkthrough at Fleet Imports was a complete education in granite. Everyone was extremely patient as I became aware of the different stones and reconsidered, choosing the green pearl stone instead of the tan brown.

Once I had chosen the stone, Custom Granite wasted no time in sending someone to make a template. The young man was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and really listened as I discussed with him the different types of countertop edges. When it came time to visit Custom Granite to sign off on my stone, even the receptionist who took my call and gave me directions was friendly and professional. During the installation, the experience was the same. The young men were on time, very professional, and worked quickly but efficiently. Their attention to detail was impressive; there is only one seam on the counter, and it is almost completely unrecognizable.

I found everyone at Custom Granite to be courteous, professional, and overall very skilled at his or her job. The granite is absolutely stunning. I am also very impressed with how the finished edges are exactly as I had requested when Custom Granite came to take the template. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the amazing job your company did with my countertops. I would feel confident recommending Custom Granite to neighbors and friends.
